Rack of Lamb seared and encrusted with garlic and rosemary and drizzled with a mint Gastrique
On each table House cured, marinated olive selection and Italian Grissini, Asiago Cheese Bread, Kalamata Olive Bread and Ciabatta and ramekins of olive oil and sweet butter for dipping.
